I have purchased the add-on, but I can't see any of the custom fields.

I have a need to create some custom fields that only the admins / moderators can edit - I have created and added them to a new tab on the profile. There are a couple of dropdowns and a text field, but the space where they should be is blank. I also can't see how an admin can edit them?

Hi @joel-cant,

Which add-on did you purchased, wpForo – Topic Custom Fields or wpForo – User Custom Fields ?

@joel-cant,

Please provide us back-end and front-end screenshots, so we could understand what have you done.

@joel-cant,

The new custom tabs that you have created are like a profile page where you can see the information but not edit them, if you want to edit the information in those filed you need to create them in the account tab and insert the information, which they need to show in your created tab, and you need to set up each created field from User Field Manager.

And please read the documentation to get all the information you need about User Custom Fields:
