I would like to have all the forum topic titles to follow a strict formatting.  Is it possible to have the forum topic title be created by the results of what the user inputs into the form fields?  So let's say the user inputs this into each form field....

Form Field1 = My First Topic
Form Field2 = Is A Great One

Now the posted forum topic title would be "My First Topic Is A Great One"
