I have just installed Private Messaging and when trying to use it I get constant spinning dots over the panel where I should write the message and the panel
What is wrong with the installation that causes these issues?

Hi,
Please check for any console errors. You can do this by pressing F12 to open the developer tools, then navigate to the console tab. After clicking the buttons, any errors will be displayed there.

I found that I had put the wrong code in for the licence - all sorted now 🙂
