Please leave the website URL. Also, please let us know what errors you see in the [Console] tab of your browser when you open it on the Message tab?
You can open the console using F12 and navigate to the tab or by right click on the page.

The cause of the problem is the Yoast SEO plugin. If it is deactivated, private messages work. Why is that so? Is there a solution for this?
