Hi @sziabalu,
Could you please install the myCRED plugin before installing the wpForo myCRED Integration addon? It's already mentioned in description and the title of this addon says this is a myCRED Integration addon. myCRED is a separate plugin available in wordpress.org. please install it before installing the addon.

You should use this form on top of your Dashboard. Insert addon key in this field and click on Activate button:
