Hello,

I just purchased, installed, and activated the emoticons with the license on my website. Most emoticons and color selections are dimmed (greyed out) and can't be used. Please see the attachment.

Any help?

HI @engin-aksut,

Press on the Grey Emoticon and enable the Status.

Please also note that Emoticons are not showing on my 3 other Boards (Forums) on the same website.

please provide the boards URL and screenshot of the issue.

Emoticons are enabled for the first forum page.

However. Emoticons are shown on the other Forums

But when you click

İts empty.

You will need an Admin Password in order to enter the Boards. How can I send it to you?

Navigate to wpForo > Boards, edit the Board where the Emoticons aren't shown, Make sure that Emoticons addon is enabled for the board in the Addon field(bottom of the page)
