As you can see in this pictures, with the first hosting service (hostingpics), i have an ugly black frame.
With imgur, i have this other frame !
How can i put an image without frame ?

I'm sorry but I didn't follow you. If you use wpForo Embeds it embeds all with iframes, this is the single logic for all content embedding services, this is not wpForo Embeds function. You also can embed image using simple image URL with .jpg .png extension.

As I've already mentioned I don't follow you. Could you please step by step explain me the issue? oEmbed is not for images. wpForo embeds images without oEmbed and without wpForo Embeds addon. The addon is designed for videos, audios and other content providers.
