Is it possible to turn off the moderation so that every video is immediately available and does not need to be accepted by a moderator?

Hi @claudia-hoenig,
You can customize the Moderation functionality from Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam Tab > Spam Control and New Registered User fields, also you can let users pass moderation by their usergroup, you can do that from Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups, edit the Usergroup and enable "Front - Can pass moderation" options.
Please note, that these options work for the full Forum(posts, topics) not only for posts which have only embedded content.
