We never ignore the users. Simply we still cannot provide an ETA. The feature you've asked is still at the top of our to-do list. It'll be added asap. However, such kind of changes never appears immediately. It always requires a long time (it requires a large number of changes in the plugin core, testing and so on). We cannot add any feature without testing. As we've already mentioned, it'll be added to the 2.x.x version. Please follow the wpForo Announcements forum.
