When I comment on the blog post, it does not sync with forum. Forum comments do sync with blog posts.
Any clue whats wrong?

Could you please click on the "Synchronize" button as shown in the screenshot, then delete all caches and check again.

I created a new post. I made 2 blog post comments. I clicked synchronize. -blog comments do not show in forum post.

Simply the previous comments were not cross-posted as far as the email of the comment author was too long. wpForo doesn't allow to insert the long emails addresses, thus the comments were not able to be crossposted.
Those email addresses were either generated automatically or you've filled too long email addresses.
