Hi @cgrecord,
All wpForo phrases are located in Dashboard > Forums > Phrases admin page, here you can edit each phrase one by one and translate to your language.
If you can’t find some phrase you can add it using [Add new] button.
IMPORTANT: If you did some change in phrases, please don’t forget to delete phrase cache in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page.

I've created 02 phrases like this attachment but it does not work!

You should add the following "This article is also published as a forum topic here" as a phrase key.
Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard click one by one on [Delete Phrase Cache] and [Delete All Caches] and press CTRL+F5 on fronted.
