The plugin is not updated

I'm sorry but I didn't follow you. Have you set this option "Disable"? Doesn't it work?

Yes, i set "disable". After I press save options - it is reset to enable. Other options work fine.

Please note, if you're an admin you'll always see the delete button. You should test it as a simple registered user. Also please don't forget delete all caches and do Ctrl+F5 on front-end before checking it.
