I have made it so members can only upload 5 pictures into a post at a time, but I consistently see members uploading more than five in a post as if the setting does not work or something..... can i get some help fixing this please?

Hi @percysgrowroom,
Please make sure that you have set that option for the right usergroup, In the AA addon settings you can see that Maximum attachments per post can be set by usergroups.

@kylew Yes I have checked this and all user groups other than mods and admin have been set to 5 attachments per post. But they are still able to upload more than 5.....

Ok, try it again, but this time, enter some text. For example, put five pics, do some writing, then try to put five pics again 😉

Thats a diary so you have to be logged in to see it. A lot of the posts from this member has more than 5 pic per post and i don't know why

Try updating that user's usergroup from his account, I'm not sure why only he can pass the rule.

@kylew but tis not just him, many members can.... i dont want to have to update everyone and would prefer to find out what the problem is.... is there any idea why this would be happening?

It is necessary to understand how these users differ from others, and what are their similarities, since I cannot attach more than 5 attachments per post, there should be something that we are missing.
