I apologize for the late response.

This is a plugin conflict for sure. Please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker one. 

Please don't forget to press Ctrl+F5 on frontend each time before checking to reload updated JS/CSS files.

all the way to the bottom

But not working on  posts:

for example:

https://www.yorkiepassion.com/symptoms-separation-anxiety-yorkies/

Any ideas why?
