I apologize for the late response.
This is a plugin conflict for sure. Please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker one.
Please don't forget to press Ctrl+F5 on frontend each time before checking to reload updated JS/CSS files.

Widget is working on pages for example:
https://www.yorkiepassion.com/yorkshire-terrier-growth-chart/
https://www.yorkiepassion.com/show-of-your-yorkie/
all the way to the bottom
But not working on posts:
for example:
https://www.yorkiepassion.com/symptoms-separation-anxiety-yorkies/
Any ideas why?

As I've already mentioned there is some other plugin, that doesn't allow the wpDiscuz Widgets addon scripts work properly. That plugin js files are being loaded only on the post types.
You should deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker plugin. Please test it and let us know the result.
