User & Comment Mentioning with Comment Author Info

Dear Support - Please refer to this demo pagewhich illustrates the problem that I am having. Mark's name as shown below is a hyperlink because he is an author. Mark's Name now has two features a) On Mouseover, it shows a short bio of mark (Posts: 11, Comments: 6) and b) when I click on Mark's name, it goes to Mark's page. I think the short bio is coming from Comment Author Info plugin. This behavior is not mobile friendly as there is no mouseover event in Mobile so you see a spinning wheel & then the author's page comes. I wanted to change this behavior so that a) There is no mouseover popup b) when I click on Mark's name, I want to show "Comment Author Info" popup which is a pretty good popup with various details including a link to Mark's page (if I want to go there). I looked into the settings but I am not able to find how to achieve that behavior. Can you advise? Regards

Hi @tomoson, How are you? Is there an update on this please? The problem is that on mobile, this popup appears broken 🙁 which is what we are struggling with a bit.

If there is a way to disable this "User Mentioning addon pop-up", that would also work. Kindly let me know.
