1° What is the fundamental difference between "Giphy integration" and "GIFs integration"?

there are two totally different addons:

• wpDiscuz – GIPHY Integration GIFs - here the GIFs are provided by GIPHY API. 
• wpDiscuz – Tenor GIFs Integration - in this case, the GIFs are provided by Tenor GIFs API. 

Go through the websites and see the differences between those APIs. 

2° Is "Giphy integration" a definitive purchase without annual subscription renewal?

Actually, I don't see much difference between the two, except that it seems that "Tenor GIFs API." is "richer" in GIF and also a bit smaller.
But this is just an intuition.
As you know, I only have a very small private humor site.
If I look in the "WpDiscuz - Addons Bundle" it is, unfortunately, not integrated.
I guess I'll have to acquire it separately ?
Can you confirm?
