Can you tell me how wpDiscuz determines if a user is showing online or offline? We just realized it is sometimes showing users as offline when in fact they are actually online. Thanks for any assistance in troubleshooting.

- Login to the website and view the post's comments.
- Leave a comment.
- Login to the website in a different browser with a different user.
- Leave a comment.
In the comments listing, both users should show "online" but they do not. Before you troubleshoot too much, can you tell me how it determines if a user is online? Is it based simply on their login status?

It's based on the "Online status checking rate" option in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Online Users tab. So please check and let us know if the status is still online after the time expiration.
