the one who reports a comment, we get an email, but in an unsolicited post? How can we solve this?

And one more question:

When we receive the reported comment in the e-mail, it says who reported it, what is the reason, the title of the article, but it does not say the comment that was reported .... can it be done to read the reported comment in the e-mail ( can I already delete it via e-mail, ban it, etc.)

We'll add this in the next version of the addon. 

( can I already delete it via e-mail, ban it, etc.)

We'll take this into consideration for future, but it'll not be added in the near future versions.

On another plugin that we use on the site, we also receive mail as spam, but we always receive a post from one email, regardless of which user writes it. So we can mark that mail as spam, and we have no more problems.

With your plugin that we use, the post (report) comes to us from the email who reported it, so we can't put hundreds of emails that are not spam .... if you understood me?

You should install and configure SMTP for your website emails to get more trusted status. Here are good plugins for that: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/smtp/
