The plugin is not having an error accessing the smartphone. It crosses the side border, and the site is misaligned.

Sorry for the late response.
This is a theme CSS issue. It cannot be fixed by the wpDiscuz Comment Report & Flagging add-on side. Even if you don't click on the report button there is extra horizontal scrolling that comes from the active theme.
You should contact your theme support.
