When a comment is flagged we get an email with the information, is there a setting or is it possible to see a flagged notification in the comments section of our admin panel, or see the flag on the actual comment in the post? Thanks.

I'm really sorry, but the addon doesn't have such a feature. If you're a developer, we may provide you some hooks, so you can easily do the customization yourself.
