Hi Sean, thank you for access data, but we can't edit our addon and debug it, The Edit Plugin menu is not available for us.
Also you have a JS error, which comes from masonry-ordered.tasuki.org. Please fix this JS error, this may be a direct reason of addon problem. If you have some plugin which uses this domain resources please deactivate and delete the cache. Here is the screenshot:

Thank you for the reply, what do you mean you cant edit your addon and debug. Could you login with the details I gave? Or is this because our site is not a standard WP installation?! Can I FTP anything to get you the debugger working?
I 'think' that error has been there ages, and is unrelated. I can get a dev to take a look at this tho in the meant time. I no dev though!!

I have also just tried deactivating and deleting the cache plugin, but still no joy 🙁
