I am part of the administrators team of a closed blog, based on paid version of wpDiscuz on WordPress. Another administrator can write posts and comments, but when upvoting another user's comment a message appears below the bell "you are banned".
He thinks that this issue came up after, by mistake, selecting the choice of blacklist (instead of delete) a previous comment of his own.
This comment is now permanently deleted, but originally it had plenty of links. At the general settings of wpdiscuz settings I increased the number of links permitted. I also deleted cache. But these didn't fix the problem.
He can still write posts and comments, but when upvoting the same message "you are banned" appears.
Any idea how to fix this issue?
