Where can I find the instructions to set up for usage?

This plugin is very easy to use. Just install it and go to a Product category page which has subCategores. It'll add a slider automatically.

Then go to WoCS settings page to chose the layout of slider and manage other small settings. That's it.

Also in the Product Category admin page when you add or editing some Product category you can choose the WooCS slider layout for each category separately.

Please note, as it's explained on the free version description page, this is good for shops which has parent-child product categores. If you don't have such a structure of categories please create some top parent, something like "Shop Catalog" and make all other categories as a child. So you'll be able to see the category slider on the parent "Shop Catalog" category page.
