Please explain how this is supposed to work?
Never mind, it's an account page display glitch @ gVectors, if you have an earlier i.e. single license for a plugin only the activation key for THAT plugin will show up on the accounts page, it will not be replaced by the new bundle license. So simply go to you orders, view the bundle order and scroll down and you'll see the actual key to use.
