I sent an email about this a couple of weeks ago, but haven't received a response, so I'll try here…
I've bought two licenses now for the Full Bundle ($190). My most recent one expired a while ago, and I'm considering renewing it again. The thing is, I've heard that there is a 20% discount for returning customers, and I have an email that says this. Apparently, the discount is meant to automatically be applied at checkout, but that didn't happen last time, and it hasn't happened this time.
So, what can I do to get this?

For a single site license you'll get a 20% discount next year, but the bundle licensesare not discounted, they are already a 90% discounted pack of all our addons. For the single site license you can use Sale Packs discount if you purchase 3 and more, please see the discounts here: https://gvectors.com/gvectors-store-discounts-sale-packs/
