So I logged into my site today to a slew of notifications to activate my wpDiscuz plugins... went into my Plugins page to see they ARE activated... then clicked one of the notifications to be brought to a page asking for activation keys for everything. Turns out the license has expired and I need to renew. Clear as mud.
Okay, great. Is there not a subscription option that renews them automatically every year? Is this annual, manual renewal going to be a thing?
I read something in an older post about discounts for renewals, is that still a thing? How do I get that? All I could find is the standard "purchase" page at the same price I paid last year.
And is there better pricing for non-profits?
There were no advance-warning emails either, just one telling me the activation had already expired. Sure would be nice to see something a week ahead of time. Now I'm sitting here with them all expired, wondering whether to just go ahead and buy them again, or wait until my questions about pricing are answered (and of course, the support team is away until Jan. 7).

I’m sorry, but you’ll need to purchase the addon again. There is no automatic renewal feature.
