Hi,

I disconnected a license of an add-on from an old site and moved it to my new site. I also purchased a new license for another add-on for the new site. When I try to update either of them, it gives me this error message:

Update failed: Failed to update plugin. Check your license details first.

I've deactivated/re-activated the plugins and cleared the cache but am still getting this error message. What can I do to resolve this?

Usually if you just wait a few hours it fixes itself 🙂
