[Solved] Moved to new URL - how to handle product activation?

Hi,

we moved a whole site to a new, better URL. How do I deactivate the activation keys on the old site and activate them on the new site? Concerns several addons we bought.

I already sent all the stuff directly via support request, unfortunately without reply until now. 

The order ID is [Order #29718] (February 5, 2019)

The license keys are reset. You can activate those on the new website.

There was another order:

[Order #30243] (April 1, 2019)

Could you please reset this as well for same reason??
