I get this error.

Hi @gjgerv

It would appear that the ctype extension is disabled in your instance of PHP at the moment. You should be able to enable that extension in your PHP configuration settings, or your hosting provider should be able to do it for you.
Once that extension is available in your installation of PHP, you should be all set.
