When logged in as Admin, I cannot see members' profiles. I can edit them but cannot view them. I have no profile view when browsing members and clicking on viewing the member

e.g., "About Me" is not showing. Nor anything else; when I click in to view full details on a member

Here is the crazy thing. When logged out and viewing as a guest. I can see the profiles.

I have searched everywhere and spent hours trying to figure this out.

I would appreciate someone to give some advice.

I did notice on wpForo custom fields "Profile Tab Manager" > Profile > that admin is not listed on "who can view" No option

Thank you

Hi,

Please check the usergroups permissions. Go to Dashboard > wpForo > Usergroups admin page, edit the Admin usergroup and enable the following options:

I should not have posted here. I will do this on wpforo. But if you have a suggestion, I will take it. Otherwise, just close this 👍

@danno61,

The admin login details are not available to the developers. Please make them available again and inform us. The developers will assist you with the issue.

They are available now. Can you have them send me an Email explaining what happened @astgh, when it is fixed. Thank you

@danno61,

The issue has been resolved. It was a minor problem with the addon, which has now been fixed.

Don't forget to press Ctrl+F5 (twice) on the forum frontend before checking.
