Per my topic, I've been held hostage by you folks, you removed all the images my site visitors have uploaded over the years, I purchased a new licence, and the images still have not reappeared despite activating using the new license number.

Example site: every post on this page had at least one image uploaded. Some had more.

Where are the images?

Hi @4720pmt.

wpDiscuz Media Uploader addon update requires some regeneration to show old uploaded files.
As we can see you already did regeneration and everything is fine now.

Thank you for your prompt response.

In future, if an update to your software is going to make radical changes to a client's website , may I suggest that you place the warning "Caution: Before you update read this" be in place to make sure that users know what's about to happen before your update creates havoc. Thank you.
