Hello,
We have an issue where the media uploader paperclip is not showing up for our users. This does not happen all the time but randomly. We have not been able to narrow down the issue. Attached is a picture from one of our users showing it is missing. They also stated they tested on Chrome and Bing and did not show. When we check it does show on our end.
We have had numerous complaints about this but we cannot recreate the issue on our end.
