When our users have uploaded about 12 or more photos, the Commenting system begins to have trouble. People type comments and click to post them but the comments never show up. Then, if we delete a bunch of the photos, the comment system works again.  When the comment system is locked up none of the commenting features like up-vote, or moderation work.  Only after we delete a bunch of photos does the commenting system start working again

OK.  I sent you an email with that info a few minutes ago.  As of yesterday, we started using the Wise Chat commenting plugin so that our users would not keep running into the problem with the Discuz commenting system.  Please let me know if you want us to turn off that plugin and go back to using the Discuz commenting system.

Thank you,

Jim

And just so you'll know...we have the Discuz media file uploader turned off right now.

@jbwx2,

We've activated the addon and tried to comment. Everything works fine. Please try to create some testing page/post so we can see the issue and debug it.

I am not surprised that it worked fine for you.  That is because 3 days ago we deleted a bunch of photos.  That allowed the Discuz commenting system to start working again.  At present, we are using the Wise Chat plugin.  Do you want us to go back to using the Media Uploader and the Discuz commenting system, and then wait until it fails again?

Maybe that would be a good way to do a test.

@jbwx2,

Could you please create a dev/staging copy of your website in some sub-domain. Remove all information that you don't want to share, make sure the problem exists, and send admin details to us? You can use Duplicator to create that site.
