If I use WpDiscuz default date settings, it correctly shows the time i.e. 21 hours 21 minutes ago.
If I select the Use WordPress Date/Time format then the above comment will display the wrong date. It will show the correct time but displays the date as today rather than yesterday.

Go to Dashboard > Settings admin page and set correct timezone for your country.
