I am already using WPDiscuz with two CPT. But my CPT created with Toolset does not show up in the "Display comment form for post types" section. All others do and the Toolset CPT works fine otherwise throughout the site.

My bad.... 

Resolved myself.

For any one running into the same issue. Comments need to be activated separately in the post type settings. They are off by default when creating a new CPT.
