Hi there, thanks in advance for any help.

I'm currently trying to make an upgraded version of my website. WP Discuz was working AMAZING on the old version of my website, but the new version seems to be having some css conflict with the theme. Many of the buttons are not working, and the comments are all stretched out. I'd like it if I could get my comments section working like it was on the old site.
Could someone debug my page and tell me if there's a conflict?

Here's the old site for comparison:

And the new site I need help with:

Hi envelion,

I don't see wpDiscuz comment form. Please enable wpDiscuz to allow us to debug the conflict and provide some solution for you.

My site says that it is active and enabled in my admin. 🙁
Is there anything in the general settings that could make it not show up for me?

Hi envelion,

For further support please change Comment Form and Comment List Style to "Default" and check again.

Comment Form

Please let us know how does the default style work?

Thanks Astghik,
I've set the system back to default, but it didn't seem to have an effect. Further more it doesn't seem that any chances to the WPdiscuz affects the comments on my blog. Is it potentially being overriden by the theme's css?

Also note that this issue seems to be primarily on the home page.

WPD is working fine here :  http://centralia2050.dreamhosters.com/comic/ch-4-page-39/#comments
But the homepage looks all wrong:> http://centralia2050.dreamhosters.com/

Hi @envelion,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > General admin page, turn on the “Enable wpdiscuz on home page” option.

More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-documentation/settings/general-settings/#wpdiscuz_on_home_page

If your home page is a simple page, please edit and make sure comments are allowed for this page, more info:

https://gvectors.com/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/resolved-wpdiscuz-comment-form-is-missing/

On your website, the wpDiscuz comment form is not looked as it should be. It may be the conflict with your current active theme or other plugins. Please deactivate plugins one by one and check after each deactivation, find the conflict maker plugin. After testing this with disabled plugins, you should change current active theme and use one of the default WordPress plugins.

Please check wpDiscuz here: https://wpdiscuz.com/demo/

Thanks for the tip. wpdiscuz has definitely been enabled to appear on the home page, as you suggested. I went through all of the steps and everything appears to be in order. So the only thing i can think of is that the theme is overriding Wpdiscz, BUT ONLY on the home page. So I'm going to try to find a way to edit the home page and hope that I can fix the issue somewhere else since I can't find the answers here.

I appreciate the time you've put in to try to help me here, thanks

Is this the area on my home page that affects the comments? Is there a code I should insert to make the comments pull from Wpdiscuz instead of what's here?
