Hello.
Since last update, my backend is continuously spammed with messages like this one.
Offering me "more info" about addons on Wpdiscuz.
I need to disable them, because they are annoying, very annoying.

We’re creating quick guide (tips) for wpDiscuz. It’ll let users know that there is a Custom Comment form creation feature or other features which users don’t know. Currently some of those just an info about addons. Currently there are 9 notifications. If you click on Dismiss (x) button it’ll never be shown, you’ll see others. If you dismiss all you’ll not see them again.
Moreover there is an option called “Disable Tips” option in Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Hide/Show admin page to disable all those at once.
