Simple Text box

Hi Tom,

I have increased the font size on the form plus we have a longer than usual form.

Consequently if someone misses a required question and attempts to submit they may miss seeing the talk bubble showing that they missed a question.

My thought was to put a stagnate message at the bottom of the form something like:

"If the post seems to not have responded please see if you missed a required question above."

1. Can I add a text box after the questions before the submit button ?  I'd like to say something like:  "If the comment submit buttons seems to not have responded please see if you missed a required question above."                               

2. Is it possible to show a message when this occurs by the submit message similar to the "required field" bubble - that says something like "Please complete all required fields above." 

As a short term work around I added a question but is a bit awkward and odd.
