Is there a way to remove/hide the "Add A Reply" option and "Notify of" drop-downs from all posts for logged-out users?  I have a multi-author blog where only those who are logged in can comment on posts, yet for logged out users they see the "Notify of" functionality that asks them to enter an email address.  I have the Hide Reply button for Guests checked.  Thanks for any help you can provide!
