Hello,
I need to change the avatar displayed when users make a comment to the one they updated on their profile.
If it not possible, so please advice where this plugin get picture?

I'm sorry, but wpDiscuz doesn't have such a feature. In this case you should use profile plugins.

Hi,
I'm using already the theme membership module and don't want to change it,
however, I installed wp first letter plugin but also the first letter for shown on the logged user comment/ even author, screenshot: http://take.ms/aUHnz
