Hi,
After I install and activate your wp-discuz plugin, any page that has comments on it, when viewed with Internet Explorer no hyperlink or object on the page works. The Menu for example does not highlight or do anything when you mouse over it like it normally should. Only with Internet explorer is this bug present. Firefox and Google Chrome are not affected.

To add further detail to the problem above. It seems that IE9 is not affected by this issue, and if you add the site to IE11's compatibility list, that resolves the issue with IE11.
