I have a place on my website where people can see what people have responded on their downloadable products. They can comment in a box there. 
You can find this functionality here  http://www.staging1.soundgenes.com/artist-dashboard/ (login with user: Pulse, password pulse842).

However when using the comment box in that page, something strange happens... The comment is succesfully made in the backend. (I can see a comment under dashboard<all comments) but it doesn't appear on the product page in the wp discuz area. (You can see the download page here:  http://www.staging1.soundgenes.com/downloads/snappy-violin/)

Is this a known bug?

I'm really sorry but we don't support this case. I don't know what page is this, how it works. Even the comment form is not wpDiscuz form. wpForo is designed to work on a single post/page and it works fine on your website single post.
