Need Help With Different Behavior in Different Browsers

Hi,

The comment system works fine for me on firefox (windows) but not on Chrome (Windows). Here are the issues I am facing.

When I click on reply, the comment box opens in a very laggy manner. While on firefox, it opens smoothly. When I click on the little arrow to minimize replies, the same thing happens. Works fine on firefox but is laggy on Chrome.

Here are a few more observations.

It only happens on pages and posts with more than 100 comments.

It only happens on windows and androids. It does not happen on Macintosh and iOS.

It only happens on Chrome. It doesn't happen firefox in Windows. But it does happen in firefox in android.

I am stumped trying to find a solution for this. Please help me. I would love to purchase some premium plugins but having this issue is stopping me from it.

Also, is there a way to get premium support?
