Hi @afta,

There is no permission to create a file on your server. 

Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Comment Form admin page, change the "Captcha generation type" to "WP Session" and check again.

Hi, my server guy fixed already, he sent this

fixed the site for you by defining the correct upload path in the wp-config.php file.
