Just upgraded to the latest release and now comments aren't loading on the backend OR the front end. Please look in to this and fix.

Hi there and thanks for the reply. Posted on the wordpress support forums but maybe this is the better place?

All comments are behind a paywall so you won't see any on publicly facing pages. Rolled back to 5.2.2 and all is well. But upgrading to latest version, comments and sidebar disappears. No errors shown when I view inspector. Just not sure what could be the issue. Comments also don't load fully in admin section when upgrading so something is def going on.

Using ThriveThemes FocusBlog theme, no customizations have been done to wpdiscuz or the theme.

Same behavior on three different sites I use wpdiscuz on.
