Hey, I was told to post here from the wordpress forum, then also to send an e-mail to support with admin credentials.

joshlove,

We see that you have multisite and we do not have permission for those plugin as well. It seems you have plugin conflict. So, we need access with full permission in order to check deeper as much as we can.

joshlove,

We have checked, but it seems that is not a full access.

However, let's do in this way, send us please your template and all plugins which you have, we will install in our local server and start to observe. Could you please do that?

Hi joshlove,

We have installed what you have sent. But in our end everything works fine, without any issue. Could you please send access data for FTP (file manager)?

It seems you have some specific issue with hosting or something like that.

That's what I narrowed it down to (since it works on my localhost w/ same setup, and issue isn't fixed when you deactivate plugins/theme).

I am unable to give FTP access to the server.

Are there are dependancies your plugin uses? Like .htaccess or any php modules? (we run nginx instead of apache)

Ok joshlove,

If you can't give us FTP access, we can do nothing. As we can't see the error or do some tests etc.
