Whenever I click the Submit button, the captcha resets and I get an error message "Invalid Captcha Code."
Right now, nobody can comment on my blog posts. Please help!

Hi boulderholistic,
Could you please change "Captcha generation type" option value. Navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Comment Form admin page, then set "File system" value to this option.
