Invalid captcha code - can't post comments

Hello,

I have implemented Discuz and I cannot post comments with a test user. I get the error code "Invalid Captcha Code"

I have turned off all captcha/spam plugins

I notice that options seem to be missing on the show/hide page.  I do not see the options for:

Hide the CAPTCHA field for guests

Show the CAPTCHA field for loggedn in users

Show the website url field.

Please help
