We see some optimization solutions in your website (CSS, JS). Please deactivate all minification plugins and test it again. Also delete all caches and do CTRL+F5 before testing.

This is a wrong answer...
We still see website optimization processes on your website. Your website HTML is based on one line and all CSS/JS files come from minified files. You don't deactivated all plugins which does optimization and cache. We'll wait until you did it.
Here are proof of the optimization and cache plugins (not cache, optimization is not a cache), they are not disabled or they have done a hard cache and you can't clean it. Try to delete all caches, disable minification process in plugin then deactivate it. The deactivation is not enough:
