I want wpDiscuz comment form on the frontpage of my website.
I checked Enable wpdiscuz on home page and I also
checked Pages under Display comment form for post types
Yet it not displaying on the home page.
How do I display the comment form on the Front page

I think the template file for home page doesn't have comment section (template tags/functions for comments). Please deactivate wpDiscuz and check if the default comment form exists on your home page. If the default also is not there please contact theme support and ask them enable comment section on home.
